Our stay was due to an emergency and served its purpose, it would be a great place to stay if it was brought back to goo
Location was great.
The quality of the building is poor, it is not really a very well kept asset. The bathroom door does not close very easily and locks on its own causing issues with children. We paid for a late checkout but that message didn’t get to the door codes didn’t work for after the normal checkout time. It was cold so we were left outside fire some time as I called to get access to the building & room. If we pay we expect service. Also the cleaning staff did not know we were late checking out and wanted to clean our room.

Been a long time since this was a 4 star hotel
Good location
Room old and tired. Mattress sunken and worn. Room Smelt musty from moisture damage to cabinets and from bathroom.
